Please refer to How To Ask a Question Here

But personally I recommend you Download the Ubuntu 11.04 from:
http://www.ubuntu.com/download/ubuntu/download

Or Upgrade to Ubuntu 11.04
Quote:
To upgrade from Ubuntu 10.10 on a desktop system, press Alt+F2, type in "update-manager -d" (without the quotes), and press Enter. Update Manager will open up and display the message, "New distribution release '11.04' is available." Click Upgrade and follow the on-screen instructions.

I also think that a Operating system may not cause for not getting any website opened. In the past I have used Ubuntu but never failed to open any website.

This is definitely some DNS problem and why are people suggesting him to upgrade; thats not the solution.
