Question MAC oS x on Windows

Hi,i plan 2 install MAC OS X on my PC..but i have no idea....how to install and where i download the OS for PC...if anyone know plz tell me .

MY Configuration :
MSI AMD 64bit Based MotherBoard:AMD790GX G65
Processorhenom Quad X4 - 945 3.0GHz, 8M, AM3
memory:2GB DDR3

Sorry dude, what you're asking is against the forum rules. Installing Mac OS X on a PC is illegal. You probably won't get any help here.
