Default HOW TO USE THE LINUX DISTRO ON THE DVD?????

please tell me how to use the linux distro on the DVD it is an ISO file and i dont know how to use it to instal the LINUX on my PC please help me guys

You have to burn it to a CD before using it. Use Nero or similar program to burn the CD. U also need a CD writer to burn the CD!
