Default mounting dvd


hi,

i am using fedroa core4. my problem is that i am not able to read the dvd. i am not facing the problem with windows. the dvd is opening in windows but not in fc4.

can anybody tell me how to mount a dvd in fc4/linux.

/dev/hdd                /media/cdrom            auto    pamconsole,exec,noauto,managed 0 0
make sure u have the above line in ur /etc/fstab file to automount it
as far as i know dvd rom's r not explicitly specified as one but rather as cdrom
