Default Damn Small Linux NFS Boot
Hi,

I have an old laptop which supports only and only LAN booting.

So I configured my big box with PXE and all.

I tried to use it with Damn Small Linux. But by default DSL doesn't seem to have the network module for the kernel.

I tried to find a lot for the network module for kernel 2.4.31 but in vain.

So only option left is replace that kernel with a new one.

How do I compile and install a new kernel in it with network module ?

Why don't u use fedora/ubuntu with xfce/fluxbox?

The lappy has only 24 megs of ram and its a pentium 100 Mhz
