Default Ark Linux: a FANTASTIC Linux distro!

Hi all
I've just discovered a WONDERFUL distro like
Fedora - its Ark Linux.

Its lovely features-

1. Comes in 5 ISOs! (thats more than Fedora)
Ark Linux 2005.1 CD (only this CD will do)
Ark Linux Extra Sofware CD
Ark Linux Development Suite CD
Ark Linux Server Software CD
Ark Linux Extra Languages CD

You can download ALL OF THESE FREELY!!!

WOW!!!

2. FULLY open source & FREE
3. Unlimited support; allows dist-upgrading
4. Has a beautiful bootscreen & shutdown screen
5. Looks IRRESISTIBLY SEXY & SLICK!
see its screenshots here
http://shots.osdir.com/slideshows/sl...e=290&slide=16
6. KDE-based by default
7. Wine pre-installed
8. Has this water theme I really like
9. Has the latest packages

The best thing I like about it is its default LOOK & FEEL!
Looks SO COOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOL!!!!

ONE THING IS FOR SURE: ARK LINUX LOOKS WAY COOOOOOOOOOLER
& SEXY!!

From their homepage: "Ark Linux is a GNU/Linux distribution designed especially for desktop use, primarily for people without prior Linux experience. Ark Linux is designed to:
be easy to learn and use
include many tools and applications

Ark Linux is fully Open Source and Free Software, meaning, basically, you can freely redistribute it in both modified and unmodified form."
www.arklinux.org

My fav was Fedora, but now its Ark Linux! The best thing I like about both Fedora & Ark is that they come with so many CDs and contain lots of stuff, which is really nice & convenient, especially for dial-up people like me.

Regards

Default Hey one more thing...

Hey I forgot to say one more thing...

Ark Linux is RPM-based and uses Kynaptic (KDE-clone of Synaptic) for package management and is hence FAR EASIER to use than Fedora's Yum
and handles all dependencies. The mission control centre of Ark Linux is worth taking a look at here
http://shots.osdir.com/slideshows/sl...e=290&slide=69

It also includes lots of cool games!
And during installation u can play Tetris, as installation takes some time!

ONLY 1 ISO of Ark Linux came in the May issue of CHIP. I hope Digit gives us ALL the 5 ISOs of this wonderful distro someday.

I created a CD with Chip May CD but the supposedly bootable CD did not boot at all. And don't tell me that I do not know how to burn an ISO image. I have some 50 Linux CDs with me.
