Whats "negative feature"?
Anyway, nothing cant match the power of Compiz,
however, I did try YoDM (Yet another Desktop Manager) on XP, which replicates the "cube" effect of compiz and nothing else.
So, Google for YoDM

You can have native Compiz like effect . Install KDE 4 in Windwos XP and use Kwin effects.. http://windows.kde.org/

The negative plugin is present in Kwin too
