Ubuntu 7.04 query

in my ubuntu 7.04 installation, the repositories arent working properly and i am not able to update. i think it is a problem with the sources.list file.
pls could any of you post a sources.list file, which is working perfectly?

Why are using an outdated version? Current version is Intrepid 8.10
