Problem with the source code of PostgreSQL

Hi. I have downloaded PostgreSQL from the site http://www.postgresql.org/download/windows . I am using Windows XP SP2. PostgreSQL is an open source RBMS. But I could not any site where the source code is given as a zipped file or something like that. Please tell me, how can I get the Source code of PostgreSQL and how to compile it?

To compile it, you need MinGW32. Google for it.

it's a tar.bz2...in win32 you have to unzip it twice (unless you're using something like 7zip) because win32's built-in zip is brain-dead.
