just install fedora in /dev/sda2 or in easy language overwrite SUSE partition with that of Fedora 10.. That will do the job. .

Just install fedora on existing partition for opensuse(Format it using fedora's installer itself while installing). Fedora installer will take care of rest(ie installing GRUB and adding entry for windows). Windows partition won't be harmed at all.
