i m absolute new to linux somehow i have learnt the installation..... then the basics and now i have to learn shell scripting...... plz help me...... refer to a good refernce site or tell me how to script in an efficient way... we can discuss over this thread even....... thanx in advance...... |

I learnt shell scripting basics from linuxcommand.org/
For anything and everything else that's linux, there's tldp.org/ A search on Google will you endless number of sites holding a treasure trove of linux knowledge.

I'd learnt a bit of Shell scripting for my college ... had studied from some book (can't remember the name now ... )
