How to install KDE 4.1 in openSUSE???

I have downloaded KDE 4.1 Live CD ... Can I install this in opensuse 11??

You could have downloaded KDE 4.1 from the repo itself.
1-Click Install KDE 4.1

That Live CD is openSUSE, right? It might give an option to upgrade the existing openSUSE while installing. Give it a try.

Then give it a try and it might give an option to upgrade (as i upgraded openSUSE 10.3 that way to 11)

The KDE 4 version in the CD is hopeless.
