hi everyone!!

i wanted to know how to share a folder on LAN with restricted access in windows XP...
for example our coll. has many comp on LAN.. i share a folder from my comp and want only one those computers which i want to be able to access that shared folder.... how do i do that???

also can i give passwords to shared folders so that only users knowing the password can access the shared folder??

for that i thnk u have to adjust the "users" of comps which can acess it.. like Admin,Poeruser or some special user can aceess it....he shld give username,pass ok?
