cheapest phone (GSM) that can be use as a modem

well friends i am looking for a phone that can connect to my PC with data cable (Serial or USB) & can be configure as a modem to access internet from my pc on airtel gprs.....

the question might have been answared before.... sorry i couldnt able to find it....

3100 -->rs. 5k (or even less)

Thats the cheapest nokia model where the phone can be connected as modem.
