Default Modem Driver Required

I need a driver that will make my rockwell external modem work with my XP system

My modem is a 56k v.90 kflex modem externally located .

I have tried most of the drivers sites that are available on the net.

I had posted earlier regarding this in this thread

Rockwell external modem didn't even required a driver in Win98SE. It was automatically picked up. Does that not happen in XP? I am surprised.

Anyway, I have a Dlink external modem and in most probability, it will work with Rockwell. How do you want me to send it to you?

I have a netmos card though which my modem is connected to the computer.

Earlier my com port had failed and so it is now connected.

But i did not face this prob in ME .

It could be any of the 2 drivers

I have xp2 loaded on my system

The modem is picked up by the driver in XP but if i start the modem when the computer is ON it hangs the comp .Also if i receive a call while the modem is powered and connected to the computer it hangs the computer.

I can connect to the net and everthing is fine but the only problem is what i have said above

I will try to contact you by PM but there is some problem just now so I cannopt give you the address and I dont want to post it .

Thanks
