guyz i want connect to friend's pc who is about 250meters from my home
plz suggst how to establish a wireless lan
and the hardware required

dude....250 meters is a large distance....wifi signals wont go that far....and the hardware required will cost u a good deal of money...this link should help clarify things further:

WIfi doesnt reach that kind of limit

use Cat5 with LAN EXTENDER
