Default Unable to reinstall modem driver

Hi guys,
I am using airtel internet through serial cable (mobile). The problem is in reinstalling the modems driver.

when i format my system and install fresh windows XP. I am able to install my modem through Phone and Modem Options and then add modem.

But after 6 months(today). when i removed my modem and again tried to install the modem an eror occurs:

Quote:
The software you are installing for this hardware:

Sony Ericsson T290 Serial Modem

has not passed Windows logo testing to verify its compatibility
with Wiindows XP. (Tell me why this testing is important.)

This hardware will not be installed. Contact your system
administrator.
Is it a result of automatic windows update???
I think so!

help me

Cheers

By clicking CONTINUE ANYWAY the modem was installed.

But now there is an eror message:

Open System Properties (sysdm.cpl) and goto Hardware tab, now click on Driver Signing button and select Ignore. Now try again
