USB Networking

I have bought a simple USB-USB cable without any convertor circuit in between the connectors of the cable .
Just a simple USB extension cable with MALE connectors on both the sides.
I want to transfer the data between 2 WIN XP machines.

Also if possible i want to establish a USB LAN with all the permission settings or the interface which WIN XP offers if we have a LAN with RJ 45 and CAT cables....
As we know abt USB that the devices are automatically recognised but not in the case when u connect one END to one PC and other ENd to other PC.

So is there any setting,software ,tool,any code or program ,.................

if its a simple male male usb cable widout a bridge in between, its useless! you can't get what you want wid this kind of a cable!
