Default Bsnl Modem Prob


I have got BSNL Broadband 256k Home 500 plan
I had to reinstall my pc becoz of some reasons so i also had to install all drivers again
When i tried to install the USB driver (BSNL Provided) Something went wrong and the system restarted

Now whenever i try to install it again
This message comes


This is the Model No - SmartAX MT841

anyone got any solutions

do an uninstall of the drivers/software... i have the same modem..it is good features packed in a bull**** cheap unstable package.
if that does not solvethe problem why dont u connect it via LAN.. that is much neater and it does not require any drivers.
i can work the wifi card on my modem...

Press the reset button with a pin behind the modem.Un install the software
and reinstall it from the pc. And yes, if you have a lan card, go for lan solution.no software or USB cable will be necessary then.

u can a lan card for just 150 bucks if everything fails.no more driver trouble

Hmmm.... i think the drivers are corrupted in the first install.. anyway, uninstall all the drivers for the modem, replug it in another slot, delete the folders where these drivers are .. now try re-installing again.
