hi friends,just check out this nearly equal fake replica of nokia n73 which i found at ebay.in.surely the chinese know the art of copying but in this case a very poor replica of n73.nyway i heard from somewhere that the government has already banned these type of mobiles as many of them do not have proper imei nos and sometimes even no imei and the millitants are using these sets as they cannot be tracked without imei . Then how r they up for sell at ebay?

Such phones have been selling at ebay for a long time.
You can easily get these at gray market. Ebay is just a online shopping portal, so it's not unusual to find these here.

Infact, chinese phones (not clones, though) are advertised in newspapers.
