My dad recently got the Sony W110 Digital Camera ( 7.2MP, 4x Zoom, Smile Shutter).

It has onboard memoru of 15.4 MB only. So I need a memory card for it.
The type needed is Memory Stick PRO Duo.
What is the best VFM capacity that I should buy?

I need the price of the following capacity MS PRO Duo cards.
0. 256MB
1. 512MB
2. 1GB
3. 2GB
4. 4GB
5. 8GB
5. 16GB

Also, my dad did not tell me the price at whoch he bought the camera. You guys know the market price?

Regards,
IronMan.

I did not understand that dude. Two separate prices for the same card? once so less and the other almost double?
Actually my Dad isnt here. But he said that it cost roughly 8,000 IRs. Have no Idea.

^^ 16 GB is the max, FYI. MegaPixels has almost nothing to do with support for memory cards.
And I have already tested a 4GB one. The camera is the new batch from Sony (Smile Shutter).

the two prices are like the one which is less is the price at which you should get it (street prices) and the second one is the mrp. can u jus lemme know how the phone performs and a couple of snaps....... i wanna see some b4 buyin it.....and moreover wats ur verdict on the phone

and yeah u better put in a 2 or 4 gb card....... one gb will hold roughly 300 pics at full resolution........ so 1200+ pics should suffice for all needs

2 or 4 GB is better choice.

as the file size of a pic. taken at 7MP is around 5MB

i have 2 GB for my 4.1MP Sony
around 200 pics taken at 4.1MP, the memory usage is around 10%

and DONT buy cheap cards, try to get the card from Sony World itself.

Go for 2GB. Not so less and not so more.

I have Canon A720IS and have taken 4GB with it, considering that if i am on tour for 8 - 10 days, i need not keep another memory card with me as backup All i will need is 2 set of batteries and my cam to have fun all the way

Default Re: Memory card for Digital camera?

Guys. For now I got a 1 GB card for Rs 450, its original SONY(and it says made for PSP, is it expensive? (1GB Enough for now, Will get an 8 GB one when it gets in affordable price range.)
1Gb is enough for taking snaps for me. I take indoor shots at 3MP/5MP and outdoor at 7.2 MP. So its enough.
8GB card will be used for taking videos and exclusively 7.2MP pics.
