6233ME comes with additional speakers and merely same as 6233...

6233ME is completely white in colour and comes with a dock or speakers (not sure what)..

Along with the white colour and the speakers, the music edition of 6233 also had A2DP. But now the standard 6233 also has A2DP via a firmware upgrade.
