simple and very simple thing is....
contact the DG or GM of your local/district BSNL office...
tell them... that you have the problem..then also they don't care..then tell the to renew your plan...
then also...they kick you...then simple... be wild there and give a note about this in paper or cable network etc...that how they are abusing your money and kicks you...

you can simply cut BSNL connection yaar... BSNL is only good for Broadband... baki sab bakwas...
sale sunte hi nahi he..kitni bhi abusive language bologe to bhi...
