Making PC to Mobile calls ..??

Guys, it is a very urgent need. Since we have to make frequent calls to Australia
from India (from PC to Mobile Phone), I wish to know how to make these calls .. Is there any free service/software available for the same ? Else what are the common options and the cheapest service available?

IMO, Skype will be the cheapest.
I have heard something about gizmocalls.com or whatever but i still prefer paid services

Unfortunately Gizmo service isnt available in India though it is in Australia.

How much Skype would charge for making calls to Mobile Phones? What is the mode of
payment??
