Portable Media Player needed with these features

I travel a lot and I want a portable media player that will let me watch movies on hotel room TV. The features required are-

1. SD card slot (as I already have many SD cards)
2. Should support avi (divx & xvid). Optionally mpg,wmv formats.
3. Should not limit playback to its native resolution. Full (up to) 720x480 resolution support needed to watch DVD quality movies.
4. Obviously a TV (AV) out.

Do you know of such a portable media player? In the range of 3K to 5K?

Is there any mobile phone with these features? Of course SD card could be replaced with mini/micro SD in mobile phone.

everything except tv out is available in creative zen. You can also look at psp its a great media player.

u dont get a player with even a decent screen for that budget.

for u the Creative Zen Vision W fits the bill. costs abt 13k for 30gb and 16K for 60gb.
although im not sure abt the supported media formats.
