Default how can I format s40 phones ?

I have low phone memory bcoz of that pre loaded stuff in my phone ...........so i want to delete it but it can not ..........so i would like to format the phone.......

but how to do it ?

I have tried some but did not work on it .like

*#7870#

pressing three button on startup .........but no luck

go to settings > restore factory settings OR settings > security > restore factory settings

u need to have your phone code to format

I don't want to reset setting but i want to do hard format .........I want to delete all data from my phone .
