They mostly support .3gp, .mp4 and some other formats.

You can check the format using GSPOT Codec Information & transcode the file appropriately.

wat bout apps, im thinking bout buying one, but found in other forums that no 3rd party apps available. plz tel me ur experience with d mob. n can v read pdf file on it? reply to being.harsh@gmail.com

You can't install any apps on these chinese phones.
Yes, some chinese phones do support java apps. But donno about the compatibility. The app may work buggily.

If the phone has java, you can read pdf files. I forgot the app name.

Still stay away from china mobiles.
Get a symbian device & you will get peace of mind.
