Help creating mobile site....

Hi guys,
i have seen many mobile sites such as

thedon.wen9.com
bdnet.wen.ru

but was not able to find out the exact place to look for the creation of such mobile sites,
i have googled around with the keywords such as "wen.ru" but to no avail, so finally thought this place is the perfect one to get my answer,

I desperatly want to create such site of mine.

plz can anybody here help me in this case.

I think tagtag.com is da easiest place to create wap or mobile websites..

goto http://wen.ru you may need to trenslate it. also peperonity is in these days. But all that is plain crap.

Learn WML from w3schools. If you know HTML/XHTML you will not take more than an hour.

If you also know PHP then you can include PHP code in .wml files and make PHP parse it before it is given to cell for displaying. Have a full dynamic site this way for mobile!

Whether you can make PHP parse .wml pages or not depends on your hosting.
