Default Vodafone experimenting with Operator logos?

Don't understand what Vodafone is doing with its Operator logo.

My N70 which was showing "Vodafone" for so long had changed to "IND VODAFONE IN" a couple of weeks back. Then again after a couple of days it changed to "VFE MUMBAI".

And now it has changed to "VODAFONE" in all caps but is appearing at a higher level than where the operator logo normally is seen. I guess its tough to describe this in words but its appearing in small font at the top. Looks kinda weird.

Lets see whats next !!!

I agree with you. It does sound silly but that is a correct answer. Connecting to Vodafone GPRS resets the logo.

Earlier when Vodafone changed the logo to IND VODAFONE IN & then to VFE MUMBAI, this trick worked perfectly. However, this time I find that after connecting to Vodafone GPRS, the operator logo resets back to normal "Vodafone", but the effect remains only for a few minutes. After a few minutes it is changing back to VODAFONE on the top corner of the screen !!

I think only Nokia mobiles change the logo when connected to GPRS.
