Cheap & Best Mobile !
Hii friends !
I need to get a cell for my dad.
Since, the phone will be used for only making & receiving calls, the only criteria required is good voice clarity & good battery life. Looks will be considered as a bonus !

Samsung C160 is gud..There is some new entry level model from Samsung which gives 9 hrs talk time..Don't remember the model no though..U can ask the dealer...In between cheap and best doesn't go together..

Well, i am not very keen to go with Samsung. I myself don't know why.
I prefer Motorola, Nokia or SE.
BTW, i forgot to tell then I can spend upto 3k for the cell.

Nokia 6070 = VGA Camera + FM + Good Looks + All basic features + Colour Display + Infrared + PC synchronization.
A good value for money phone. I suggest you get this phone as there is no point going for a very basic phone. This will suit your dad perfectly.

does moto c168 have crystal talk technology?
and secondly, since moto w180 is newer than c168, is it not advisable to go for the former?

but make sure you don't have any problems with its keypad before buying !

So what the noteworthy additional features of W230 compared with W180?

W230 - Rs. 2960
W180 - Rs. 1975
I understand that W230 comes with 256MB memory in-built. How much is it for W180?
