How to add Web encoding in Nokia 6630

I own Nokia 6630. In web >settings>encoding, I don't have option 'western european (windows)'.This option is easily there in Nokia S40 series mobile.
i have upgraded my phone firmware but it also not solved my problem.pl note that nokia 6630 have encoding 'western european (iso) option but not (windows).
This is required for browsing some indian language sites on mobile.
So please help me in detail how can I solve this problem. thanks in advance.

Opera mini tried. I can't read content of indian website like:
http://divyabhaskar.co.in/gujarat
with Any Nokia s40 mobile you may browse this gujarati website withoute installing any font.
