thats called the flight mode i think.It means that ur GSM network will be off not the phone.It is available in newer Nokia phones as also in N91.

Man do u hate hdd.Why dont u install flash cards in ur PC and remove the HDD.

Yes, I do hate HD in a Mobile Phone which runs on battry & is fragile, & don't like a Flash HD in my PC where I have constant power

GX, my system is almost 6 years old and even my My HDD is in a perfect condition.. and i dint have any inverter/UPS for my system and many times, power has gone off and still nothing has happened.

sorry to be a party pooper ..but this fone has a microdrive or a mini hard disk.it would be terrible if we dropped it while it was playing those mp3s .it wuld be better if it had used a flash drive instead...flash drives are much more rugged and less prone to such crashes.
