ive seen it in some times way back at 2006 when i was doin a search before i bought W700i. Nd i think its not an official product.
And there are very less number of earphones which are better than HPM-70 and dun cost a bomb like the gud old EP 630. But its a gr8 accessory to own nd better that the HPM-70's fast port connector.

Posted very long time back in SE-NSE forums. I tried this myself when this was first discussed. Worked beautifully

but I preferred the radio antenna mod better

Look in SE-NSE modding and show off section for it. I think it was posted by eyeyousee first. I tried this mod with a grey market fastport, around 125 bucks, I bought a HPM 72, used the 3.5MM jack, mic, earphones, and ripped off the port and made this mod. Lol man, original is 500 bucks I think...

BTW: You cant get the fastport alone, atleast here in Chennai. You have to buy a cheap pair of earphones and rip off the port. If you are doing this, google for the fastport pin diagram.

well it was cause thw lack of 3.5 that made me look for htc3400 this time...atleast that got miniusb port that don't get the damn loose connection every now and then....

Original would cost way more than that(1.5 K for HPM 70) in original sony shops.

Am aware of that.I meant the cheap earphone pair itself.Thnx for the tips.
