Talking what type of rintone making software

i want to know what type of ringtone making softwares using the people who has multimedia phones.

try Audacity or SoundForge

Audacity is Freeware, SoundForge is Shareware

^ you can use any MIDI editor software.

I had used the same which was freeware but I don't remember its name now.

i used audacity but the rigtone i have ccreated is about 80 MB and i dont know its format

lol that must be the wave. Export it into a mp3(somewhere in the menus)

Select File > Export as MP3. If it ask u lame_enc.ddl then browse to your
Program Files\Winamp\Plugins (or wherever u install winamp) and select lame_enc.dll
