Sony Discman Querry

hello all,
i was recently giftd a sony discman.. but then the length of the earfone's wires r very short.so, i m thinkin of buyin a male-female wire for it.does it have 2 b a sony or any brand will do?
also, i want 2 listn to discman when i m walking. is dere any pouch or bag available for to carry the discman?

Any brand will do for the extender, just get a good quality one if you want to maintain SQ.

About the pouch, dunno. There should be one, though.

1) you can get cheapo cable for some 70-80 bucks but you will lose lot of audio quality. Better get Sony's entry level earphones for 300 bucks or the MDR-E818LP (emit huge bass) for Rs.500.

2) Yes. I saw lot of such bags at Planet M and Music world (Bangalore).
