Default Airtel Mobile Office Porblem

I use airtel mobile office (mumbai) to connect my pc to internet through nokia pc suite.

whenever i connect my pc to internet, the connection is automaticaly disconnected after 5 min & the message "Connection is closed by network" is displayed on cell phone & i have to reconnect it again after every 5 min.

I've called 121, he told to restore the factory setting but that doesn't help.

i am using this service for more than 4 months & problem arise since last 2 days.

handset - nokia 3110 classic
os - Vista

Check for the network signals, if they are weak or fluctuating, u can't do anything about but to call cc.

& if signal is ok, u can try this
when ur connected do this, run>ping indiatimes.com /t
(u can use any site name), and leave it, till the time ur connected.

I hope this'll solve the problem.
