help me guys i am bit confused in headphones???

hello guys.....
coming to the point...
i listen high quality mp3,ogg,wmv....sound formats....via pc
i have a budget close to 2000rs....
i have chosen some of these models given below....
Sony MDR XD200
or
Sennheiser HD 201

but i am still confused to pick which one....so i am asking you guys help me to buy a good pair of headphones....in my view they both have similar specs but.........i am once again confused....

i listen more often to my pc plugged to it....

Sennheiser HD 201 anytime, but headphone I feel are somewhat unable to give you comeplete music immersion feeling, which I'd say earphones are able to. Headphones I always prefer for movie watching, earphones for music.
For earphones also I'd recomend Sennheiser. MX550 is what I have. Awsome
sound quality, bundle it with iPod and you proudly can say you got the best sound in town.
