Price for M2 MEmory Stick

What would be the latest price of Sony's M2 Memory stick 1gb/2 gb.
I need this memory stick for my SE k800i.can anybody tell me M2 with 4 gb memory is available and if yes is it supported by SE k800i..
it would be helpful if you people can come with the latest price of the same memory stick manufactured by the other vendors.

i saw 4gb Sandisk M2 card in www.ebay.in at around 2300... 2gb are available at around 1300...
