Nokia Reinvents the 6300, Adds Wi-Fi

Nokia’s slim and classy looking 6300 has just got an upgrade. 6300i is what it’s being called and it’s going to be loaded with features that include Wi-Fi and VoIP support. Of course you may also remember the Nokia 6301 that was launched recently that also came with Wi-Fi with the addition of UMA technology. Somehow though it didn't seem like the handset caught on too strong. Oh well, three's a charm. Apart from all that the 6300i still retains the S40 OS.....................................

It won't still find many buyers due to it's other drawbacks.
May Nokia improve it's other negatives.

earlier 6300's battery needed recharge atleast twice a day. Now, with wi-fi on, it will need recharge every 3-4 hours

Totally useless phone.

Was looking for a better battery but it turns out that they havent changed it (according to GSM Arena), so I would give it a pass.

whatever nokia does ti 6300 will not have any effect, it will remain a faltu phone
