Get Creative Zen Vision W or Cowon A3. Both are excellent and fit your requirements.

If you don't care about form factor, then the Creative Zen Vision W is what you are looking for. You really will be hard-pressed to find something better.

The creative vision W is a bit bulky. But if you don't care about it's size (it's got a 4" screen) then i can bet my life that u won't find a better PMP

@shri, PSP is a great pmp as well. But its format support is a bit limited and it has no built-in memory and depends upon external memory cards for storage.

I totaly agree with krazyfrog that PSP is a great PMP but the format support is limited there and you have to carry around a bunch of memory cards if you wanna use it as a full blown PMP.

@kumarmohit ya its a gud option but don't you think, the screen is kinda small.

Now i'm looking from cowon A3 and Creative vision W..both looks very appealing..and finally giving a second thought to Zune 2.

Anyways thanx guys for the response...thanx agn..

If you have more DVD movies, Go for Cowon as it plays dvd's directly. if you have more dvix/xvid movies with huge music collection, go for zenvision:W.

If you have huge music collection, tiny video collection, go for Creative Zen 32Gb flash player.

^^ but it comes with pain-in-the-ass, that is zune client. on the other hand Zen's s/w consists of transfer agent, convertion agent. This convertion agent converts videos to fit to the zen's screen.
