Unhappy Memory Low, Please delete some data!

Hi All,

I have Nokia N73 ME mobile. I have installed few games in the memory card, not in the phone memory.

From past few weeks, all of a sudden i get "Memory Low, Please delete some data!" and when i check in the memory details for phone memory it shows 67kB Free memory, or 126kB Free memory, like that.

After some time it will get fine and shows 31MB Free memory, Why does this happen. It is happening regularly from past few weeks.

^^ the mem card memory couldn't matter less.

This AFAIK is a s/w problem that the N73 is famous for. My uncle has one and very often he gets the same error.

Try updating the firmware to the latest available

I had updated to the firmware, but i had not done the new one update.

But yesterday it did not stop from showing this error, and phone memory showed 0 free memory, so i copied all my contacts, messages, pictures, tones to my laptop. Formatted the phone memory and memory card, later added the contacts, tones, pictures.

But i could not load back the messages, what can i do for storing the messages into the messages of the phone. I tried by copying them to a folder in the memory card, but later when tried to open it said unsupported format.

The Firmware version is as follows
V 4.0736.3.2.1
04-09-2007
RM-133

Is there any new version of the firmware latest than this one.
