5610 Restarts on Calls. Help Needed

When i am making Calls from My Nokia 5610 Express Music handset, the call gets disconnected and a white screen is coming for 5-10 seconds. After that the phone goes to the normal mode.

This happened almost 6 times during the last 2 weeks ever since i bought this phone. Out of this for 2 times, after the restart, the network was not showing up and restarting the phone solved this issue.

What would be the possible problem and any solutions for the same.

I own a 5610 too. Haven't faced any problem of that kind.

You should take the phone to Nokia care center or try updating to latest firmware (4.81)

have you enough free space in phone memory? 3-4 MB?? sometimes phones restarts when your phone memory is going low.
it will be better to go to Nokia care.

Also happenned to me sometimes the screen goes black and returns to normal when browsing with opera mini. The restart issue occurs rarely now.

What are the charges for updating firmware at nokia care centre.

No charges if under warranty.
