ya just now I and my friend aka reddragon bought new mobiles for us from tata's shop CROMA . my z6 is Rs 9225 and his HTc touch is Rs 17.3k . reviews coming soon .

HTC Touch has a lot of downsides and I would say it is not worth for the price tag that it has..There are other better PDAs in the market.
HTC Touch Cruise is one of them or the HTC Touch Dual if you are looking at HTC only.

I've read a few sites on this phone now and the opinion varies a bit. One place I found that was good for expert reviews and real life opinion at http://www.timtechs.com/unlocked-htc-touch-prd145.html
even had a few photos and the like which i found helpful. Hope that helps others that landed here doing their own research:->
