Dear Sir/ Madam

Being a heavy user of text messaging and data services from MTNL, I
and a number of other people have subscribed to your services. i am
writing to you on behalf of myself And a number of other users of
your services, that while you have come up with really great plans,
the fact that your best plans are divided in Dolphin and Trump means
that we have to change our SIM cards every now and then.

Let me make myself a bit clearer. you have launched the Trump
Vidyarthi plan which is unquestioning the best prepaid plan ever
launched by any telecom company in India. The other wonder that you
worked was that you provided unlimited GPRS/WAP for just 349 rs +
tax. No one else in Delhi has provided such a thing. But this is
where the problem arises for most people. We have to keep two
connections, a Trump connection for Vidyrathi plan and a Dolphin
connection for GPRS and we have to keep on swapping SIM modules.

Now that you have opened the GPRS service on Trump connections, we
request you to please port the Unlimited GPRS service that you
provide on Dolphin, to the Trump subscribers as well. We propose that
you should launch the service as a separate value added coupon so
that you can provide the best of both world's to your subscribers.

We already have unlimited MTNL-MTNL free local calls in Dolphin.
Its a 250/PM plan but doesn't have free sms thing...so maybe you can change to that plan.
Sending letters won't help at all!
