Nokia 5300 Xpress Music::Pc Suite PRoB

hey guys,
umm...i got this new cell phone and like i wanted to store vids and synchronize it wid nokia pc suite bcuz of its various features.i transferred songs successfuly using the data storage method so it came as a removable device in dat mode.But i want and need to use the pc suit features,theres a prob.
I already installed pc suite and tried synchronizing the phone and i selected the nokia mode from my phone.However when i so try and synchronize my phone using pc suite i cant select my phone from the synchronization window,i mean i cant click OK 2 select the phone..!so dats why i cant use pc suite there always seems to be a prob and + theres a notice in the taskbar"there was a problem installing ur new hardware,it might not be working properly"....so i cant use it aT all!please help me!....mail me if u can markynsai.lamar@gmail.com preferably.thx in advance.....

PS:im desperate for a speedy solution.

try installing the new pc suite and only select the pc suite mode wen connected to the pc..
