auto off..!!

i want to knw tht is thre any software which works like auto shut down or somethng like tht??

i have a habit of sleeping with light music, so i switch on the music player on my phone and sleep...bt i keep it on charging as well at the same time coz i dnt want the battery to be empty wen i wake up..as i have to carry my cellphne on my work as well..
and i find it uneasy to let it be on charging fr the whole night and using up the battery thru the music player at the same time....

so any software which can automatically shut down my cell phone or at least switch off the music player application...??
i have a nokia n95 8gb.!

LCG Jukebox has sleep timer. After a specified time it automatically turns off the music. I don't know if there is a similar software to turn off the entire phone.
