help me 2 select cell carrier in MUMBAI

i want to select the best cell carrier in mumbai. currently using vodafone and am finding it has too many network probs and also it is very costly.
so pls help
here are my usage requirements

mostly incoming only very less outgoing that also to mobile local.
cheap scheme for GPRS (preferably unlimited data pack)


so all ppl in MUMBAI help me select a carrier and also suggest some SCHEME for new connection if u know.

Go for Airtel. Its the only one with unlimited gprs plans. Network coverage is excellent. Rates are similar to Vodafone.
