i bought it, sound and camera is better than dad's n80

Since you will be using it mainly for the net get the Nokia 5700 XM.
It has Class 32 GPRS & EDGE,so you can browse net fastly.
It is also good in music,fm etc.
You can get it for Rs.10.8K

Nokia 5700, E65, Moto ROKR E6. If you can extend your budget upto 15k then go for Nokia E61i.

e65 isnt worth it.. get a 5700xm, n73 or an e61i..
and if u dont need 3g go for a rokr e6.
