No, K550i can be modded ONLY to W610i. The hardware is different is W580i.

no where close.. its a slider phone... and k550i is not..!
and hardware i totally different.. that to display are different.. hey but u can try.. why not just flashing a w580i main into your k550i.. lol if phone dies.. just get it replaced from sony ericsson
