N91 8gb or W810 with 4gb

hi everyone

after much research i shortlisted 2 phone

my requirements is quite simple

music phone
minimum 4gb space
good battery life ( i travel frequently and i listen to music while travelling)

n91 8gb i get for 11.5k
w810 + 4 gb stick for 12k
both with warranty

i dont use symbian but wifi i may

i am worried about battery life of n91
n91 ~12h
w810i ~26h
both in offline mode

w810 has cam is better but that may be not significant as music is my first preference

pls dont suggest ipod cause i dont want to carry two devices
also dont suggest other n series cause they dont support 4gb xcept n95 and e90 and both r out side budget

pls dont suggest iphone as it is not supported by apple or anybody in india
and other w series as they have either m2 or bit costly(m2 4gb not available here i asked both sony and sandisk dealers)

now my questions
does n91 battery life really very bad
music quality is n91 really better than w810?
( i ll get a better headphone for nokia as bundled ones r not good)

pls give me unbiased advice
w810i or n91 8gb

you wont get good BATT life with nokia n91
but still its an ultimate MUSIC fone

how abt sound quality of n91

is the sound quality worth taking a spare battery with me( is it really feasible???????)

^^ sound is good but it not worth the Batt life

I've never heard of poor battery life in N91 before. Also don't rely on battery life figures given by manufacturers, especially SE as they provide seriously exaggerated figures on their websites. I still think you should go for N91 8gb.

one doubt

when i talked to dealer who gives n91 8gb for 11.5k he told me it is withouth wifi

only 4gb version comes without wifi afaik

is there a 8gb version without wifi ( see wifi is not my priority but i didnt see any 8gb n91 without wifi in nokia site or review)

but he is a nokia dealer and says he will give with national warranty


azzu, i currently have a w700i and i love it, but 8gb space is compelling
only se solutions are w950 and w960 950 is costly 26k and 960 will be even more so trying nokia ;anyways all review say that n91 has got best sound quality (ofcourse with 3rd party headphones)

You can try Bose In-ear, Sennheiser CX300, Ultimate Ears super.fi 3 studio or Etymotic ER-6i. I'm not sure whether you can get the last two in your budget but they're the ones to get if you can. Good thing is that N91 has enough power to drive them comfortably.

i know a shop in ricthie street and he says he will give sandisk 4gb mspd for 2.8k with one year warranty

i bought 2gb mspd for my w700i before 1 yr and it works fine
